1.) Are you eating enough? You need to be telling your body that it’s not in a famine and it’s safe to reproduce. Most of my clients are eating at least 1600 calories a day.
2.) Are you eating enough carbohydrates? It’s very easy to cut them too far in today’s sugar-phobic and carb-phobic society. I recommend getting them from nutrient-dense fruits, roots, and squash, since their potassium helps with blood sugar regulation.
3.) Are you eating salt? Craving salt is a good indicator you need more.
