I was worried that working with Nicole would exacerbate orthorexic tendencies; it had the exact opposite effect! I now eat a wider variety of foods than I did before, and I can even drink milk, which I hadn’t been able to digest for about ten years! I feel better than I ever have in my life. I have more energy, I have less menstrual pain and anxiety about my fertility (no small thing for someone with advanced endometriosis), I’m not freezing all the time, and I feel less anxious and depressed. I have already recommended her to many people!
